  As a commercial property manager, I have worked with Commercial Landscape Management for years on a number of commercial properties. It doesn't matter how large or small the property is, CLM always gives us their attention and makes us a priority. Their management team is excellent and very responsive!! I highly recommend working with Commercial Landscape Management.

  Sadly, this company was not chosen by the community HOA and was rather a holdover form when my community was built and no HOA was established. I am the President of my HOA and I know that if I was in my position when the community was built, I would have never hired this company to maintain our community. - Our community HOA fees go mostly to maintaining and mowing our lawns. We are a small community of 62 houses and have no other amenities to offer. Thus you'd think the job would have been easy to handle. Sadly, CLM could not meet the reasonable expectations of our community. (And believe me they were reasonable)
  
  Just a few constant issues:
  Mowers speeding through our lawns, missing major areas of grass
  No weed mitigating,
  No suggestions on how/what our community needed to help maintain the entrances or common areas, or houses (even though they said they would)
  Communication was little to non existent. (I would email them asking for updates, an idea of the months scope of work (realizing that weather and other factors could change the plan) but it was radio silence, and if they did respond, it was one or two word sentences.
  Not showing up for weekly mowing sessions and still charging us.
  Damage to siding.
  Clippings blown onto mulch beds
  (This is me being nice by the way.)
  
  Our community was so happy to kick this landscaper to the curb and end our contract with them. If you have any expectation of your lawn or community looking good, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They will charge you an exorbitant amount of money, and you'll get little in return. They were so bad that the new landscaping company that we had come in and start only got 70% finished because CLM did such a horrible job and were needing to fix their mistakes. After a year+ of neglect to our community by CLM, it will take some time to see improvements. Thank goodness we have a landscaping company now, who actually cares about doing a good job. It's just really sad that CLM doesn't take pride in their work. So like I've said, THINK AGAIN before contracting with them.
  
  The pictures attached were after CLM visited our community that day. We had to call them and request they come back to finish the job the next day.

  A great company to work with. Quality work done in a timely manner at a fair price, and with good communication all around - everything you want in a landscape contractor.
